They received one of our outbound emails (because we could see from a birds-eye view that this specific brand was not utilizing paid traffic to the heights they should've) and they ended up getting on a call with us to discuss how we could help them in more depth. We started working with them when they were shifting their offline store to an E-commerce business and they had a great foundation already in place (email list) for us to come in and set everything up.

Creatives:

They have really high-quality branded products which focussed on a very specific audience - their products are eco-friendly, cruelty-free, no sulfates, and parabens-free.

Ads:

Conversion-based campaigns with LLAs (lookalike audiences) for their skincare products. The 13X ROAS that we were able to generate for them was a result of the BOF re-targeting campaigns for their best-selling and the most popular product - "the skin perfector".

Strategy:
The reason we've helped this client ramp to such high numbers in a short period of time is that prior to working with us, they had no machine in place that enabled them to predictably spend x and generate (x*2,3,4,5). They were shooting in the dark when it came to advertising which severely limited their growth and harmed profit margins. Before starting with VCM Media, there was little diversification in the content and the offer that was presented to the targeted audience. The 13.64X is a byproduct of having a deep-rooted understanding of their ideal customer and knowing exactly what they want. Equipped with that knowledge, all we need to do is simply put what they wanted in front of them and they bought.

We kept optimizing the content, the offer, the brand design, and the strategies on the website, such as strategically up-selling, time-scarcity, etc. which in turn, increased the AOV.
